If you have a complaint about Omnified, about content on the Services, or about how your personal data is handled, our Grievance Officer will deal with it. This page is published under rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and section 8(10) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. How to complain
Write to the Grievance Officer at hello@getomnified.com or by post to the address above, with:
- your name and how to contact you;
- your organisation and account e-mail, if you are a user;
- what the complaint is about, with dates, and any links or screenshots;
- for content, the exact location (URL or document) and why you consider it unlawful;
- what outcome you are asking for.
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request about personal data.
3. How quickly we respond
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
- We resolve it, and tell you the outcome and our reasons, within 15 days of receiving it.
- A complaint asking us to remove content that the IT Rules prohibit is acted on within 72 hours. A complaint that content exposes a person’s private area, shows them in full or partial nudity or a sexual act, or impersonates them (including artificially morphed images) is acted on within 24 hours.
4. Complaints about a business that uses us
If your complaint is about personal data a bank, fund or other business collected about you and processes using Omnified (for example during its KYC checks), that business is the Data Fiduciary and decides what happens to your data. We will pass your complaint to it promptly, tell you we have done so, and help it respond.
5. If you are not satisfied
- Personal data: once you have used this grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under section 13(3) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Content decisions under the IT Rules: you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India under rule 3A of the IT Rules, within 30 days of our decision.
